At Daltech Force, you must have a return authorization number to return any merchandise. If your product is defective, you can contact them within 14 days of your date of delivery for an exchange. If your product is not defective but you want to exchange it for size, you can contact them within 14 days of your date of purchase. The merchandise must be in new condition with tags in place for an exchange. You may only exchange one time. If your product is not defective but you want a refund, you can contact them within 14 days of your date of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. For the shipping policy, Daltech Force products are all hand-crafted as ordered, so it usually takes 2-5 business days to make your items and then they ship out of their Indiana facility. In transit time through the post office varies but is usually 2-4 days. The free shipping they provide is USPS First Class and is not insured.
